After a very successful partnership at ERA Steer, Brenda and Vanessa decided to open their own real estate office in 1997. V&B ESTATES is now situated in Lockerby Road, Rondebosch East, where we acquired 2 beautiful semi-detached properties which proudly reflect our logo colours, purple & green.

Being a small agency, we are able to keep our operation compact, lean and cost effective, thus passing the benefit to you the seller.  Our service fee is 5,5% of purchase price (NO vat).  We are accredited with the Estate Agents Board and have taken numerous courses to keep up to date & extend our knowledge in the property industry.
